I offer an integrative approach to finding what is best suited for you and your needs. This includes Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Person-Centred, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I work with individuals 13+, offering sessions in both English and Spanish. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma and PTSD, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, depression, BPD and more.
