Instructions for accessing our offices:
*Our offices operate strictly by appointment. We respectfully request that clients do not visit without prior scheduling*
Provencher Office: Use the outside staircase located to the right of the building. Once you’ve gone up the stairs, you will enter through the door located in front of you. Once you enter, head up the stairs and enter the door to your left, then enter the door in front of you. Please remove your footwear and have a seat in the waiting area once you’ve entered the office.
Osborne Office: The building is attached to The Park Theatre, adjacent to the entrance for The Haberdashery. Signage for the Oakwood Therapy Block is located above the door. Free street parking is typically available directly in front of the building. Parking may be limited during events at The Park Theatre, but free parking should be available on the streets flanking the block.

Tuesday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST)
Wednesday: 10:00 am - 4:30 pm (CST)
Thursday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST)
Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST)
Holiday Hours (December 22nd - January 5th):
Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (CST)
We will be CLOSED on: December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st.
Please note these are our administrative hours and not the hours our therapists work. The therapists' schedules are independent from our administrative hours.
