Life comes with hardships, some harder to navigate than others. We can work together to accomplish your goals and get the support you need to get through life’s greatest struggles. I work primarily with individuals (12+), couples and families. I have worked in mental health since 2016 and have worked as a therapist since 2022. My main specialties are ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, chronic Illness/pain, LGBTQIA2S+, relationship difficulties, sex/intimacy, and trauma/PTSD. However, I have many clients working through anxiety, depression, mood disorders and, self-esteem. You no longer need to feel alone in what you are going through.

I offer an integrative approach to therapy that is tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. I use mainly Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused.

I have been exactly where you are, looking for support that would help me learn new ways of managing new life circumstances and healthy coping strategies. My main goal as a therapist is to make sure that people not only get the support they deserve but also the support they need to get through challenges that even those closest to us cannot always help with.
